Feijie's Bearings for vehicles From the structure is divided into deep groove ball bearings and double row angular contact ball bearings two kinds of structure. Deep groove ball bearings are the most commonly used rolling bearings. Its structure is simple and easy to use. Mainly used to bear radial load, but when increasing the radial clearance of the bearing, has a certain angular contact ball bearing performance, can bear the diameter, axial joint load. Double row angular contact ball bearing design and single row angular contact bearing basically the same, its characteristics are can simultaneously withstand radial and axial load of the combined load, to limit the axial displacement of the two aspects of the shaft.
According to the special characteristics of the use of motorbike vehicles, Feijie company through the bearing failure mechanism analysis, the cage, the inner ring using special heat treatment process, significantly improved the overall fatigue resistance, impact strength of the bearing, the actual service life of or close to the international advanced level.
Feijie offers more than 200 different types of ball bearings for vehicles (in both bearing steel and stainless steel) to choose from.
Deep groove ball bearings
Double row angular contact type A: outer diameter less than or equal to 90mm bearing. No ball loading notch.
Double row angular contact type B: Bearings with an external diameter greater than 90 mm. With ball loading notch on one side, equipped with stamped steel cage or solid brass cage.
Double row angular contact type E: reinforced construction with a ball loading notch on one side to allow for more balls.
High load-bearing capacity
Fatigue and impact resistant
Low noise level
Engine crankshafts, driveshafts, hubs and car motors, driveshafts, gearboxes, hubs, etc.
1Double row angular contact ball bearings with dust caps on both sides and with seals on both sides are available in type A design and type E design with dust caps (non-contact) or seals (contact) on both sides.
2The sealed bearings are filled with rust-proof lithium grease and generally operate at temperatures between -30°C and 110°C. No re-lubrication is required during use and they are no longer heated before installation.
3Double row angular contact ball bearing although can bear two-way axial load, but if there is a ball loading gap on one side, it should be careful not to let the main axial load through the notched side of the groove edge.
